Netanyahu: Gov't must send Hamas strong message

"The government must send out a strong message to Hamas in reaction to Kassam rocket fire," Likud Chairman Binyamin Netanyahu said Tuesday. Netanyahu told a Jewish Agency assembly that Hamas needed to be shown that there is a price to pay for its actions but "the government is not doing this and that is why the current situation has unfolded." Netanyahu added that Likud would not join the coalition since the government was "acting in a damaging way and has proved its lack of expertise."
