Netanyahu said he respects decision of the court and that "Naomi has many accomplishments in public life over the years, especially on behalf of immigrants from the former Soviet Union and Ethiopia. But the law is the law.
"MK Blumenthal has the right to appeal the decision. The Likud does not permit someone convicted to be on its Knesset list, but that only takes effect once the decision is final," he said.
