An indictment was submitted to the Tel Aviv Magistrates' Court on Sunday against several publications that allegedly violated a gag order on the arrest of a suspect in the attempt on underworld figure Ze'ev Rosenstein's life. According to the state prosecutor, the Yediot Aharonot, Ma'ariv and Ha'aretz dailies and Channel l0 news published details of the arrest in opposition to the court's orders. Rosenstein is expected to return to Israel in the next few days following a plea bargain he signed approximately two months ago, according to which the underworld crime boss would receive 12 years imprisonment in Israel. Rosenstein, 51, was jailed nearly a year ago by authorities in the US, after he was charged in Miami with distributing over one million ecstasy tablets via Europe to destinations all over America and Australia.
