No driving tests as Licensing Authority increases protest

The Licensing Authority was refusing to conduct driving tests on Monday as it increased its protest against the Transportation Ministry's plan to privatize part of the authority.
In addition, the authority was neither approving vehicle ownership transfers, attending to customers nor answering the phones.
