A 22-year-old northern resident was arrested on Tuesday night in Acre after brandishing a gun at a citizens' patrolman who tried to arrest him, Army Radio reported on Wednesday. According to an initial investigation, the young man would often take his father's gun and pretend to be a police detective. Police plan to request a remand extension for the suspect at the Acre Magistrate's Court.
