Olmert's associates called the meeting a great success.
Jerusalem discussions on Israeli-Palestinian talks will begin Friday, Israel Radio reported, adding that an oversight committee headed by Livni and Palestinian negotiator Ahmed Qurei was set to begin administrative work on negotiations.
