Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas will hold talks next week, Olmert's office said Monday, as regional leaders intensify efforts to isolate Hamas. Miri Eisin, Olmert's spokeswoman, said his meeting with Abbas would take place next week, but she had no details on when or where it would be held. Abbas and Olmert last met June 25 at a summit with Egyptian and Jordanian leaders that was meant to show a united moderate front confronting Hamas.
