Prime Minister Ehud Olmert on Monday called on Egypt to improve the function of its troops in the Philadelphi corridor.
In an interview with the east Jerusalem-based Al-Quds newspaper Olmert said that he was interested in the presence of Egyptian forces along the route on the Gaza-Egypt border, but that he believed the forces could act more efficiently.
