Chairman of the Knesset State Control Committee Zevulun Orlev (NU-NRP), said Monday that the several investigations being carried out against Prime Minister Ehud Olmert were "very serious." "Every leader needs to be 'clean,' above suspicion of criminal acts," Orlev told Army Radio. Orlev expressed confidence that the legal system would make the right decision in Olmert's case. "We have to depend on the attorney-general and the state attorney," he said.
