Not all of the polling stations opened on time on Tuesday morning.
In Ashkelon, 290 ballots were delayed in opening, and in Safed only 55 out of 120 booths opened at the appointed hour.
In the Haifa area and Carmel, 10 polling stations had also not opened on time, since not all of the staff arrived when they were expected.
