PLO Executive Committee member Taiseer Khaled said Tuesday that Olmert's speech the previous day was full of promises but "not serious."
In the speech at David Ben-Gurion's grave in Sde Boker on Monday, Olmert defined the concessions Israel would be willing to make were the Palestinians to end terrorism, saying that Israel would be willing to release numerous Palestinian prisoners and withdraw from a great deal of territory.
