Palestinian groups vow to maintain calm for voting

Palestinian terror groups on Tuesday pledged to maintain calm during the upcoming Palestinian legislative election. Representatives of major armed groups, including people linked to the rival Fatah and Hamas parties, made the announcement at a joint press conference. Abu Adahm, a spokesman for the Fatah-linked Al Aksa Martyrs' Brigades, said members would gather near polling stations but would be in civilian clothes and unarmed. "All of us want this day to succeed," he said.
