Palestinian tries to carry bomb through checkpoint

A Palestinian youth was suspected of attempting to carry explosive devices across Hawara checkpoint, near Nablus Thursday.
The checkpoint was closed for traffic while sappers were brought to the scene to determine whether the suspicious cargo did, in fact, include real explosives, Israel Radio reported.
