Palestinian truck driver wounded while trying to escape arrest near Hebron

A Palestinian truck driver was lightly wounded by IDF fire near Hebron Wednesday morning as he tried to escape arrest.
Troops fired to stop the man who, they suspected, had stolen the truck.
