A 17-year-old Palestinian was killed by IDF troops in the West Bank Friday overnight as he confronted army forces who entered a village near Hebron, Palestinians reported. The IDF said three people were identified hurling Molotov cocktails at a main West Bank road, and that soldiers fired at one of them. The incident could add further tension to an already shaky truce between Israel and Gaza terrorist groups, even though the West Bank is not included in the deal. Last week, Islamic Jihad violated the cease-fire by launching three rockets at Sderot after an IDF raid in the West Bank killed one of the group's commanders there. Hamas Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh has called on all Palestinian factions to honor the cease-fire with Israel.
