The Health Ministry ordered Thursday that food suppliers remove Of Tov's "Pastrama Kafrit (village pastrami)" from shelves after a dangerous bacteria was found in the product, Channel 10 reported.
The bacteria harms those with weak immune systems and can cause miscarriages.
The public has been warned that products marked with the expiry dates July 22, August 4 and August 18 were found to carry the bacteria.
