A pedestrian was killed after being hit by a car on Route 6, near the Nitzanei Oz interchange. The driver of the car was lightly injured.
After being wounded by the car, the pedestrian was taken for treatment at Meir Hospital in Kfar Saba, where he died of his wounds.
Police were investigating the incident.
