Pedestrian hit, seriously injured by car in North

A pedestrian in his 40s was hit by a car and moderately to seriously injured Friday morning while crossing an intersection in northern Israel. The man was evacuated to Rambam Hospital in Haifa, and police were investigating the circumstances of the accident.
