There is no need for Israel to build in the area of E-1 between Ma'ale Adumim and Jerusalem, Vice Premier Shimon Peres said on Friday.

There is no need for Israel to build in the area of E-1 between Ma'ale Adumim and Jerusalem, Vice Premier Shimon Peres said on Friday. Peres told Israel Radio that after Israel agreed to the establishment of a Palestinian state with territorial contiguity, it must act in accordance with that policy.
