Police: Arab teens steal dog from elderly man in Jerusalem

Two Arab teens were arrested in Jerusalem's German Colony on Wednesday after stealing a dog from an elderly man, police said.
The late-morning dog theft took place on the trendy neighborhood's main thoroughfare, Emek Refaim.
The German Shepherd was returned to his owner unharmed.
