Police arrest man suspected of attacking elderly women in Tel Aviv

The police arrested on Wednesday morning a suspect in a number of robberies and physical attacks on elderly women in Tel Aviv.
The arrest was facilitated by the police's decision to post a picture of the suspect in the media.
The man, 47, from Umm el-Fahm, admitted to robbing two elderly women and breaking into a business in Ramat Gan.
The police will request that the man's remand be extended at the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court.
