Police foil stabbing attack in J'lem's Old City

A Palestinian man stopped by police near the Damascus Gate in Jerusalem's Old City late Sunday was found carrying a knife, police said. The suspect, who was nabbed after trying to flee, told police that he had planned to stab a security official, Jerusalem Police spokesman Shmuel Ben-Ruby said.
