Police predict that Rose Pizem's body will be flown to France

Police predicted on Monday that the body of four-year-old Rose Pizem would be flown to France in the next few days for burial, Army Radio reported. Rose's mother Marie, a suspect in the girl's death, and her great grandmother Viviane Yaakov have both expressed their desire to bury the girl in Israel, but have said that they don't intend to embark on a legal battle against Rose's father Benjamin, who lives in France. Betty Sghaier, Rose's paternal grandmother, has said that she wants the body brought to France for burial. Meanwhile, Attorney Revital Swid announced Sunday that she would no longer represent the chief suspect in the case, Rose's grandfather Ronnie Ron, but would focus her efforts on Marie.
