The Police recommended Tuesday that charges be brought against Justice Minister Haim Ramon.
After investigating a complaint filed by a woman who claimed Ramon tried to forcefully kiss her, officers concluded that there was enough evidence suggesting wrongdoing on behalf of Ramon.
The case was handed over to state prosecution, which will decide whether to indict the minister.
