Police have ruled out rape in the case of the 12-year-old girl from Pardess Hanna who was believed to have been drugged and assaulted by two 13-year-old schoolmates last week, Army Radio said Sunday. Police had arrested the two 13-year-olds after the girl was found naked and intoxicated on the floor of a male acquaintance's apartment. The two were suspected of raping the girl using date rape drugs. Later in the week, however, the two were released and put under house arrest as suspicions diminished. On Sunday, police received the results of the girl's medical examinations which showed that she had not been raped at all. In light of this, the case is expected to be closed.
