Police to question Ben-Eliezer's granddaughter after elephant attack

The 17-year-old granddaughter of National Infrastructure Minister Binyamin Ben-Eliezer, who was seriously injured last Friday in an elephant attack at the Ramat Gan Safari, will be questioned by the police over whether she had been trespassing on the Safari grounds at the time of the attack.
The girl, who is currently hospitalized at Beilinson Hospital in Petah Tikva, was reportedly too close to the elephant cage last Friday when one of the elephants grabbed her with its trunk and stepped on her.
In an interview with Army Radio on Tuesday, Ben-Eliezer said that his granddaughter "feels fine, but not everyday does she get stepped on by an elephant."
