Poll: 74% of public opposes Katsav suspension

A poll revealed that 74 percent of the public believes that President Moshe Katsav should not have requested a temporary suspension, Channel 2 reported Thursday morning. A large majority - 75% - of those polled responded that Israel's president should be chosen in a general election.
