Putin sends letter honoring Holocaust victims

Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a letter on Sunday to President Moshe Katzav in honor of International Holocaust Day. Putin wrote, "The memory of the millions slaughtered by the Nazis commit the world to its uncompromising fight against racial and religious hatred." Putin stressed that Russia would persevere with its efforts calling for dialogue between nations and promoting values of tolerance and respect.
