The Association of Rape Crisis Centers expressed its anger Wednesday after the state agreed in principle to drop the rape charges in the indictment due to be filed in court against President Moshe Katsav. The association said that women who are abused in the future would be dissuaded from submitting a complaint "because they know there is no intention of bringing the accused to justice," Israel Radio reported.
