A substitute teacher at a Rehovot high school has been arrested and charged with sexually harassing a 16-year-old female student, Army Radio reported Saturday evening.
The teacher, according to the charges, petted the girl's face, complimented her, and told her that her beauty was making it difficult for him to concentrate on the lesson.
The suspect admitted to the charges against him. "That is how I treat all the beautiful students," he said.
