A substitute teacher at a Rehovot high school was arrested Saturday and charged with sexually harassing a 16-year-old female student.
The teacher, according to the charges, patted the girl's face, complimented her, and told her that her beauty was making it difficult for him to concentrate on the lesson, Army Radio reported.
The suspect confessed to the harassment. "That is how I treat all the beautiful students," he said.
