A 30-year-old convicted sex criminal reportedly continued to sexually abuse his 9-year-old sister for the two years since his release from prison.
The whole family allegedly knew of the sexual harassment, but did not report the case to the authorities.
According to Israel Radio, the story was released only after the young girl complained at her school about the incidents.
The man said he could not afford the medical treatment necessary to suppress his indecent behavior.
