Foreign Ministry sources said Saturday that North Korea was transferring equipment and technology to Iran that can be used to produce missiles, Israel Radio reported.
Israel welcomed the UN Security Council's decision Saturday to impose sanctions on North Korea.
Senior officials in Jerusalem said that Israel saw the decision as a "step in the right direction" in the effort to prevent nuclear weapons proliferation.
