Rescuers searching for man who disappeared in Jordan River

Search and rescue teams in the Golan Heights conducted searches Saturday evening for a man who disappeared during a fishing trip in the Jordan River earlier in the day. According to police, a group of youths went into the river to fish. When they left the water, they noticed that their friend was missing and alerted police. Searches for the boy will continue on Sunday morning.
