Research Center proposes plan to strengthen J'lem

A Jerusalem research center will on Wednesday present the government with a long-term blueprint for the strengthening of Jerusalem as a cultural center of the Jewish people and the spiritual center of the world. The proposals put forward by The Jewish People Policy Planning Institute at the behest of the government include the establishment of an International Court of Justice in Jerusalem, a Center for Interfaith Dialogue, an Academy of Leadership for the Jewish people, and a University and Museum of the Jewish nation in Jerusalem.
