Rishon Lezion: Faction appeals over Kadima ballot

The Tzabar faction in the Rishon Lezion City Council appealed to the chairman of the Central Elections Commission, Supreme Court Justice Dorit Beinish, not to allow the Kadima Party to use the letters "kuf" and "nun," which spell the Hebrew word "ken" or "yes," on the party's elections ballot. According to Tzabar, whose ballot is identical, the identical ballot will lead to confusion on the part of voters, who might identify the Tzabar faction with the Kadima Party.
