One person was killed and five wounded - two moderately - after a car bomb exploded on the corner of Herzl St. and Hacarmel in Rishon Lezion on Friday.
Among those lightly wounded were a ten-year-old boy and an infant.
Initial reports indicated that the incident was criminally motivated, rather than terror related.
The wounded were either treated on the scene by medical teams or evacuated for treatment.
