Safed father arrested for allegedly hitting 9-year-old son

A Safed resident who allegedly hit his nine-year-old son was arrested on Sunday, Army Radio reported.
The father was arrested after his son filed a complaint with the police.
The father was being investigated and the son will be placed with a foster family.
