Rainfall in the Upper Galilee over the last week measured 70 cm., causing the Seas of Galilee to rise by eight cm. and sending water gushing through gullies in the region.
The Mount Hermon site reopened to visitors on Wednesday after 80 cm. of snow accumulated in the space of two days.
