The second fatality in the Safed attack on Thursday evening was identified as Nitzan Roseban, 33.
Roseban, a Safed resident, was seriously wounded when a Katyusha rocket landed near his motorcycle. He was taken to the Rebecca Sieff Hospital, where he died of his wounds.
