Security forces detain unarmed Palestinian who infiltrated from Gaza

IDF soldiers arrested an unarmed Palestinian who tried to cross the security fence from the southern Gaza Strip into Israel on Thursday afternoon. The Palestinian was detained near Kissufim and was being investigated by security forces. Earlier, it was reported that security forces were searching for several Palestinian terrorists who were believed to have infiltrated into Israel near the Kissufim Crossing. However, it seemed the the unarmed man was the only one to have infiltrated the border. Because of the search, Road 232 was closed between the Gama North junction and the Magen junction.
