Sharon looking to add Arabs to Kadima party

Prime Minister Ariel Sharon has been attempting to convince leaders of the Arab Israeli sector to join his newly-formed Kadima party, according to the Kul al-Arab Arabic-language newspaper published in Nazareth. A source close to Sharon told the newspaper that Sharon contacted a senior Arab leader from the 'triangle' region and another from the Galilee. According to the source, Sharon planned to appoint an Arab minister to his government if elected prime minister in the next elections, Israel Radio reported.
