Prime Minister Ariel Sharon was expected to meet on Wednesday with several members of the Likud faction in the Knesset in preparation for the Knesset's reconvening.
The MKs included coalition chairman Gideon Sa'ar and MK Ehud Yatom, Army Radio reported.
The meetings were reportedly called in order to prepare the way for adding new ministers to the cabinet.
