In a plea bargain agreement with prosecutors, Shas MK Yair Peretz will admit on Thursday to falsely receiving his academic degree.
Peretz, while studying at Burlington College, reportedly copied a final paper.
Prosecutors were still expected to demand that Peretz be charged with moral turpitude, a charge that would prohibit him from serving as a member of Knesset.
