Shuva residents complain warning system failed

The residents in Kibbutz Shuva said on Sunday night that the community's warning system, "Red Dawn," failed to notify them of the incoming Kassam rockets earlier that evening. Army Radio has reported that four Kassams had been fired into the western Negev on Sunday night.
