A single ticket nabbed the largest Lotto jackpot ever on Saturday night - NIS 74 million, amounting to almost $20m. The winning lottery numbers were 8, 14, 21, 23, 24 and 6, and the extra number was 7. A second-prize winner took NIS 4m., while 20 others won NIS 14,804 each. Saturday's win came after 22 weeks without a Lotto winner. The winner had filled out a Double Lotto form, which doubled the base jackpot of NIS 37m. The winner had not come forward as of last night. Upon claiming the prize, the winner or winners will have to relinquish one-quarter of the sum - NIS 18.5m. - for income tax purposes, leaving NIS 55.5m.
