Six-year-old girl dies of hemorrhage 2 days after tonsils removed

A 6-year-old girl died of a hemorrhage on Saturday night, two days after her tonsils were surgically removed at Ziv Ospital in Safed.
The girl, from Ein El-Assad, was rushed to a hospital in Nahariya where doctors' efforts to stabilize her condition were unsuccessful.
