Small earthquake felt in northern Israel

An earthquake registering 3.3 on the Richter Scale shook Kiryat Shmona and its environs late Friday evening. Scientists at Israel's Seismological Institute said the quake's epicenter was in southern Lebanon. There were no reports of injured or damage.
