Jerusalem Border Police investigators on Sunday evening exposed a network which was allegedly smuggling illegal workers into Israel. Supposedly, the cell - managed by two Israelis and two Palestinians - smuggled Palestinians into the center of Israel in "subhuman" conditions, including squashing them into cooling trucks and commercial vehicles. The organization reportedly transported between 250 and 350 Palestinians a day, pocketing some NIS 1.2 million a month.
