Former top Israeli soccer player Itzik Zohar was arrested by income tax authorities on allegations of tax evasion and released on a bail of NIS 1.3 million, it has been released for publication, Tuesday. On Sunday, when Zohar was arrested, a gag order on his picture and name was imposed. The gag order has been removed Tuesday/ Allegedly, Zohar neglected to report some of his income sources during the years 1988-2002, when he was an active soccer player. Currently Zohar is a sports commentator on the Sports Channel.
